Being our customer, you form the basis of our success. This is why KRÖNING puts the focus on you. We accompany you step by step from project planning through to the commissioning of the machine, automation solution or complete line.

First we make you a reliable and honest offer on the basis of our order situation and the market prices of supplied components. We present you with convincing solutions based on one or more technologies. When we get the order, we draw up 2-D or 3-D project details together with you. At this stage, customers can still exert influence on the set-up, space requirements and technology.

Once the equipment is designed, produced and assembled, a preliminary acceptance test is conducted at our site. To achieve the best possible result, both parties can still make modifications to a certain extent – quickly and easily.

We never rest on our laurels! We offer you a comprehensive service and the fastest possible troubleshooting, usually within two business days. Whatever the nature of the problems with respect to our machine or system, we will always be there for you.
